Modclothin Returns Policy
 

We kindly ask that you always email us first before taking any other kind of action if you have a problem with the fit of your Item.
 

Modclothin is to the public 

OPEN ON SATURDAYS 11.00am - 16.00. By Appointment on

Items will be packed within 2-3 working days. Orders will be shipped out via Royal Mail depending on location estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days. Once the item is the hand of Royal Mail any delays are not the responsibility of Modclothin. Items will be posted out the next day if the next day delivery option has been selected by the customer at checkout. 

This time frame may be extended if a bank/public holiday has occurred.

FRIDAY SAT & SUNDAY are NOT available for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. 

We do not post items out Saturday or SUNDAY BANK & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

All orders from the 1st of December  are eligible for an exchange or refund up to the 5th Jan of the following year

RETURNS: Goods must be returned as new in the original packaging and received by us within 14 days (UK)

We request that you return the product at your own cost to us Modclothin advises all return items to be sent by recorded delivery or by courier  – whereby there is a proof of return.

A refund if requested will be paid through our service provider (presently PayPal or klarna)as soon as is possible after receipt of the returned goods once check which can take 2 - 3 days –Refunds normally take up 15-day timescale.

We will be happy to refund your account less original shipping charge incurred by us as requested, which includes items sent free of charge or at a reduced rate

Special Order Goods/Special Offers/Deals made to your specifications, or 1 offer items will not be accepted back under any circumstances. we will offer Gift Vouchers on Deals and Special offers.
Special order: will not be taken back unless the fault lies with Modclothin

DHL Delivery £30: is used for 1 suit orders on a 7-day delivery please don't not use on sale item or outside uk delivery without enquire with us first.

Custom made/semi bespoke by Modclothin, Suits & Glory, Crown & Jester or one-off pieces/personalized individually designed by the customer, ordered/requested by the customer will not be refunded unless the fault lays with Modclothin.

Modclothin cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to return without proof of postage.

Our returns policy is stringent. Modclothin is flexible and fair when it comes to exchange/refunds but a small number of customers take advantage of this and are not considerate or respectful of our efforts.

*Important: *If we accept a return for either exchange or refund and upon inspection consider that the item returned is not as new in the original packaging, if there are signs of wear on the sole or creasing on the vamp of the footwear / or signs or damage of wear on the garments ... the item(s) will not be accepted back and returned to the customer

Exchange: Any purchase will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability. All offers, Promotions, and Discounts are exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with another.

Clearance items will only be exchange to value or gift voucher to the value of the items

Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If the full amount is not used on a gift voucher purchase. Any monies left on the voucher will be given in vouchers. If the amount is less than £5 no change will be given.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

All non-semi bespoke/individually made orders from the 1st of December are eligible for an exchange or refund up to the 5th Jan of the following year.

ITEMS MADE TO ORDER/SPECIAL ORDERS/SEMI-BESPOKE TAILORING/INDIVIDUAL SPECIFIC TAILORING

*THESE ARE SPECIFICALLY MADE TO MEASURE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED

*Unless the fault lays with Modclothin in these cases a refund or exchange will be issued
